At Line and Loft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
In their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
Not classified as a final sale, personalised, or digital product
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalised or custom-made products
Digital downloads
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our website within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–8 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
